Customers may choose from a variety of delivery choices at TheVapeShop. The delivery option you select has no bearing on the time it takes to submit or process your purchases. We make every effort to dispatch all in-stock orders ordered by 1:30 p.m. EST the same day. However, in rare cases, processing and shipping your item may take up to three days. For your safety, we wrap our shipments in a discrete manner. Backordered products will be sent as soon as possible.
In Canada, we provide Canada Post and UPS shipping alternatives. On the checkout page, shipping costs are calculated. On the checkout page, and a delivery estimate will be displayed.
Every bundle, without exception, includes the Proof of Age option (18+, 19+, or 21+ depending on your region, state, or nation).
All packages will require a signature upon delivery because we employ this option for all shipments.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the parcel will be left at your local post office, where you will be required to provide proof of age in order to sign for and receive the box.
Any fees connected with packages that are returned to sender due to an inability to identify proof of age will not be refunded.
In compliance with Canadian legislation, every product leaving our facility will be required to be age confirmed. The cargo may only be picked up by the individual mentioned in the “Shipping” columns.
The package will not be released to anybody else by the carrier.
Sameday delivery is available in a limited number of postal zones around several of TheVapeShop’s retaillocations across Canada. You must order before 11:30 a.m.,
living in a qualifying delivery zone, and select Same Day Delivery as your shipping option. The service costs $8.00 plus tax (it’s free if your purchase exceeds $35). Your order may arrive the following day if you pick the FREE same-day delivery option. Except on holidays, deliveries are made every day. Deliveries will come between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM at your home. In Ottawa, deliveries are only made Monday through Friday. You must display the driver, identification proving that you are at least 19 years old. Failure to do so will result in a failed delivery and a $6.00 cost to retry delivery on a different day.
Please confirm that you will be accessible to accept the delivery.You will receive an email and SMS after your shipment has been shipped, asking you to confirm that you will be able to receive it or reschedule the delivery to a later day.Please note that if we are unable to successfully deliver after you confirm the delivery due to no fault of our couriers, there will be a $6.00 re-delivery fee.You may acquire an expected delivery time by monitoring your order using the tracking number you got.
We retain the right to cancel any orders that we believe are too large to ship for free.

Free-shipping orders must come from the same fulfillment location. If all of the goods on your purchase are out of stock at one distribution center and must be sent from various locations, we will contact you to ask if you want to replace the item or pay for additional postage.
We will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you) and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible for if your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (wrong address, failure to pick up, underage), from any potential refund you may be eligible for.Import tariffs, taxes, and/or brokerage fees may apply to orders sent to locations outside of Canada and the European Union.We have no control over this.
All in-stock orders are processed seven days a week (excluding holidays).
Please keep in mind that if you obtain a tracking number on a weekend or major holiday, your purchase will be readied for shipment but will not be handed over to a shipping carrier until the next business day.

When we print your shipping label during order processing, we produce tracking numbers automatically.
The tracking number is then forwarded to the email address you gave at checkout, with the subject “Your purchase has shipped!” If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam folder. Logging into “My Account” will also allow you to access and examine all tracking information.
TheVapeshop ensures every shipment it sends up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. Insurance is not included with free shipping items.

Prior to receive a refund, you must return the shipment to us once it has shipped. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Only orders for electronic cigarette liquid (or ejuice) that have not yet been created can be canceled. We are unable to cancel, refund, or credit juice that has already been made, even if it is still within our facilities, because we mix to order.
